Adobe Reader now provides a way to place your handwritten signature on PDF docs. This has saved me a ton of time (avoind the following workflow....print doc => sign => scan)
- Create a signature using Penultimate iPad app.
- Save it as a photo and email it to you.
- Open PDF in Adobe Reader X
- Click on the Signature icon...This opens up a tab on the right side
- Click on Place Signature - this will give you the option of either scribbling a signature or opening an image
- Import your Penultimate Signature....
- Now place your signature wherever you want in the document.
Your post saved me so much time that I would spend to find all these steps. Thank you very much Roger for sharing all these necessary steps to sign a PDF doc in Adobe Reader. All these steps would simplify my task.
